About Homestead Liberation League
MISSION
The Homesteader is America. For 400 years we have tamed the wild, cultivated the land, built communities, & fed this great nation. Yet the humble homesteader has become the most unrepresented group in this country.
As the stewards of this land, we nourish its inhabitants. Yet we face antagonistic legislation, irrational regulations, & even seizure of our property by those who know nothing about the land.
At the Homestead Liberation League, we champion those that feed us by the sweat of their brow. We fight for the small producers in the courts while educating communities & legislators on policies that will ensure a healthy nation fed by free homesteaders.
Our Work
Research: Full-time lobbyists, legislators, & bureaucrats are constantly developing & enforcing new laws, policies, & regulations that are confusing & burdensome for the small producer to navigate. We stay at the forefront of current & future regulation providing strategies to homesteaders to overcome these hurdles.
Education: In order to ensure the future of our food & land, policy needs to change. We educate the public, legislators, & bureaucrats not only on need for food freedom, but how liberating our homesteaders will build local economy & healthier families.
Legal: When faced with government overreach many producers feel that they are fighting Goliath. We are here to make sure they do not stand alone. Our legal strategy team will fight in court to ensure Homesteaders rights are preserved.
